First of all I'm amazed this is a drawing, from the thumb I thought it was a photograph!
I was going to write a critique; but since I know little to nothing about drawing I'll stick to commenting
it's amazing; I love the concept and the way you did it, the out of focus in the front and the lines leading straight to the child.
the square crop is great as well; I overall love it.
the only suggestion I had that could still apply that I was going to say is perhaps the child could've been down just a little further into the piece but not much.
